yeah you know i was thinking the same thing last night, the guy had told me on two different occasions that CIQ had to be in the phone as per a contract. & you're right about the Crayon situation lol.. I was in a sprint store on 6/01/2012 and I asked about CIQ and he said that all the smart phones have it and it can't be removed and it was part of the contract.
