Lol this is a scattered tech the progress in it is so mixed from person to person working on 3D printing. I have heard of printers you can make now that use more than one material.

Well it simple why this was not stopped dead in its tracks... This is something real and not a bs conspiracy tech that never existed.

I am aware of this. I mean equipment usable by the average person. Something similar to a 3D printer for chips. The tools to make complex custom hardware in the home.

Joseph C Smith Jr Says:
the real concern is the evil side of industry releases airborne pathogens to force a police state and decimate particular countries. terrorism seems to shadow our security forces.. which means homeland security does not secure the homeland, but breaks security, southern border is open to terrorists coming in, yet homeland security TSA insists on checking your underwear for terrorism.. sick

Joseph C Smith Jr Says:
yes they had h/e/mp plastic cars in 1940, undamageable, light weight.. it was eliminated by industry to chain us to heavy vehicles that harm anything they hit, easy to damage, hard to repair.. very very profitable.. eliminated ethanol as a fuel source with prohibition, then took the world to war to consolidate power... like we see in the news today, a repeat of the period before WW1. the media is showing a corporate march to war and police state.

We still need to buy "ink" though, bottom line is will it be cheaper to do it yourself or buy the part, i mean most have ink or laser printers but cost keeps us from printing our own books, same goes for the good old film development service you could do it in your home but you needed the equipment and a constant supply of development fluids etc,, maybe in the end it will be cheaper have it printed at Kinko's?

aMidnightBreeze Says:
Adapt or die. The only people who will go out of business are the ones incapable of planning. If 3D printers are going to take the manufacturing out, then the manufacturers could start supplying printing supplies and providing expert maintenance and repairs to them. It's also still going to be cheaper and faster to mass manufacture some popular components and machines. Heck, you could manufacture standard components and consumers could mix those with their own custom hardware for cheaper builds
