She is clearly underweight. I can tell this because I am in medicine. I can tell she is anorexic by traits that are consistent with anorexia. Anorexia is not necessarily a "look". It has to do with the way their brain works and how they view themselves. When you google anorexia, it will show you the more severe cases, but you can still be anorexic and still look like this young lady. A person can be underweight and not be anorexic.
