Free daedra in the companions house. Go down the staircase to the quarters, when you get to the room where the guy u ask to join is in, there's a daedra heart on a plate.

You can use Daedra hearts for crafting Daedric armors and weapons. There is also a quest in which you will need a daedra heart to procced. For crafting daedric armors you will need your smithing skill at level 100.
